Our senior team in London welcomed BelEve and their mentees for an unforgettable evening, launching a mentoring partnership that will empower young women across the UK to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. What started as a panel on breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry quickly turned into a lively roundtable, full of honest questions, shared experiences, and actionable career insights. Next year, mentees will be paired with our team, with mentors using their volunteering days to guide and inspire - the perfect way to give back while shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
Your great ideas deserve great delivery. What does it really mean to “present with impact”? Our New York Women’s Accelerator Network explored this question with Alma Rodriguez-Piscitello, member of our New York SteerCo, at our latest event. Alma shared insights that resonated deeply with our audience. Here’s one takeaway moment: “Presence isn’t about having the most control in the room. It’s about letting go just enough to make real connection possible. No one remembers every word we say, but they do remember how we make them feel.” Want to join any of our Women’s Accelerator Networks across London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, or New Zealand? 🌍 Championing future global talent in Valencia! 🌟 We were proud to take part in the BecomeGlobal program, funded by Erasmus+, by welcoming a group of inspiring and talented students from Colombia and Chile to our Valencia office. These bright future professionals were selected to join an international knowledge exchange between universities. Invited by our long-standing partner, CEU Cardenal Herrera University, we had the opportunity to showcase how a career with us can reflect their individual passions, ambitions, and energy. Valencia Branch Manager, Alejandra Corona, joined by the local management team – Raquel Pérez Yusta, Martina Miccichè, and Nicole Hacket – led an engaging session introducing our services, culture, and values, giving students a first-hand look at what it means to be part of our global team leading a new era in financial services. Together, we can inspire tomorrow’s changemakers – thank you to everyone who helped spark the start of their journey.
Giving back to nature with Jersey Trees for Life! Thank you to Clarke Dumbrell and Willard Bwanaisa from our Jersey office, who recently spent the morning volunteering with Jersey Trees for Life – the island's only charity dedicated to trees. Supporting vital reforestation efforts, they helped care for newly planted saplings, clearing weeds, and watering trees to give them the best chance to thrive. As part of our global initiative to support positive environmental and community impact, every permanent employee receives two paid days of leave per year to dedicate to volunteer for causes they care about. We’re proud to support causes like Jersey Trees for Life that are driving positive change for our environment and local communities.
