We had a front row seat at this year’s Men’s Crown Australian Open! Over the course of the event, we welcomed advisors, partners and clients to The Royal Melbourne Golf Club for a series of sessions on Ares’ competitive edge across strategies and sectors. We believe collaboration is key to our success, and we were thrilled to share this exciting event with so many of our stakeholders.
“We look closely at the fundamentals, and we believe we are in a strong position in the current environment.” This morning, Ares Co-President Blair Jacobson led a keynote presentation on SuperReturn International’s mainstage and discussed how private markets are powering global businesses. He touched on Ares’ many sources of deal flow, how it has weathered global crises like the GFC and Covid and why “one can export an investment playbook, but having locals on the ground in local markets is critical”. This new space—located in Singapore’s Central Business District—underlines the growth of the team in the past decade. The new facility brings together employees across six focus areas and unites team members from newly integrated businesses under a single roof. A photo of the ribbon cutting is below!
