Twice a year we have a big company off-site meeting, during which all employees physically come together and work on professional development, growth, progression and are uplifted and inspired by the messages shared. We also have some fun and exciting activities too! ;)

Every month we have a company update meeting. At the beginning of each company update we have our new employees introduce themselves, which team they're on and a fun fact about themselves. It's one of the ways we welcome them to the Bamboo family.

We've developed a new Onboarding program, part 3 of which is all about crucial conversations. Crucial Conversations can sometimes get a bad wrap and be viewed as negative, but it’s important to remember that if done right, these conversations can be so powerful and positive.

Today is the grand opening for our brand new office space! It’s where our Customer Success, Payroll and Creative Team’s will work to set people free to do great work. (Don’t worry, we’re still in Lindon, we just expanded into a new building across the street!)
