Beyond his coding skills, QA Automation Developer Alejandro Restrepo Muñoz is a passionate CrossFit enthusiast. For Alejandro, it isn't just a hobby; CrossFit offers a vital chance to challenge himself and find balance. He sees close connections between his journey in this sport and his professional life. Alejandro's two-and-a-half years in CrossFit and his diverse sports background have taught him the value of adaptability — a skill crucial in his athletic pursuits and software testing role.
At Blankfactor, one of our core values is to spark joy in everything we do, from client projects to making an impact outside the office. Our teams in Colombia and Bulgaria had the chance to do just that by volunteering at local shelters last week. In celebration of Animal's Day, they helped with everything from dog walking to spending special time with some new furry friends. They also raised funds to donate much-needed food. We're proud of our team's drive to make a difference in engineering and in the community around them. Let's continue to spark joy!
Throwback to our unforgettable team-building extravaganza in Borovets, Bulgaria! From epic car-building challenges to breathtaking mountain views to board games, this was a memorable one. The trip highlight? Teams were challenged to channel their inner engineers and build their very own Blankfactor vehicles, armed with just a handful of items — and our NextGen Interns won the race! We love special events like these, where fun, bonding, and problem-solving come together. Here's to more team-building adventures!
