2019 was a big year for our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with the launch of BBOLD and BPROUD. Our now five ERGs are made up of 1,476 teammates and 40 executives. In 2019, 400+ ERG members volunteered 1,061 hours in the communities where we move, live, work and play. We're excited to see what our ERGs have in store for 2020.
