Butler County Educational Service Center is pleased to announce it has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. BCESC has been a Top Workplaces Cincinnati recipient for the last eight consecutive years.
Butler County Educational Service Center (BCESC) is pleased to announce that it has again been nominated as one of the best places to work in Cincinnati by The Cincinnati Enquirer. BCESC is one of 126 organizations featured on this year's Top Workplaces list, which also includes partner districts Butler Tech and Ross Local Schools. 2019 is the seventh year in a row that BCESC has been named a Top Workplace by Enquirer Media. In addition to Top Workplace awards, "best-in-show" winners were named for exceptional employee feedback in 13 best-practice categories. Last year, employee feedback earned BCESC "best in show" honors for meaningfulness. This year, BCESC received special designation for its ability to support staff growth through training and professional development opportunities. "We are incredibly grateful to once again receive this honor, but it means even more coming from our staff," said Chris Brown, BCESC superintendent. "Although BCESC is the formal recipient of this award, our people are what makes this organization a truly remarkable place to work."
