Welcome to our 2025 summer interns! This year, COUNTRY and the Illinois Farm Bureau welcome 70 interns from 14 schools. Our interns gain first-hand experience in various business areas to prepare them for a career. They also receive one-on-one mentorship, career development and access to employee resource groups. Our interns also team up and compete against their peers in a case study competition, where they can showcase their best ideas.
