On behalf of the CRA family, we welcome our first-ever Chief Inclusion and Engagement Officer, Raquel Tamez. Since our founding, CRA has sought to create a dynamic and inclusive culture. While we are proud of the work we have done to strengthen that culture, there are always ways to improve,. We believe Raquel has the knowledge, experience, and vision to bolster and lead our efforts in this regard. Prior to joining CRA, Raquel served as CEO of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), one of the largest Hispanic-serving professional societies in the country. With Raquel at the helm, SHPE saw unprecedented growth and transformation. What impressed us most about Raquel was her passion for DE&I and her vision for making it a focal point of CRA’s culture and future. In her new role, Raquel will help integrate DE&I into everything we do in order to engage and empower everyone on our team and further align us to better serve our clients, stakeholders, and communities. Welcome aboard, Raquel!
