    The success of our User Experience products continues as we win additional orders worth over €2 billion from global vehicle manufacturers for our pillar-to-pillar and OLED display solutions. The pillar-to-pillar display blends seamlessly into the #cockpit across the entire vehicle width and uses a continuous display. Drivers and passengers can operate the display intuitively, immersing themselves in an impressive #UserExperience. With our #OLED display, we bring to a global production vehicle a multi-display solution, which has self-illumination capabilities that do not require backlighting like conventional liquid crystal displays, resulting in extremely lightweight and slim units.

    According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, about 262,000 cases of breast cancer are diagnosed each year in the U.S. Our very own Anita Abood from Fairlawn, Ohio is a breast cancer survivor and a champion for fundraising within her community. Over the last four years, she has been coordinating fundraisers with Continental employees for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and this year they have reached $9,200 of their $10,000 goal.     Jeff joined Continental back in 2015 and jumped at every opportunity for professional development that was offered to him. 🙌 He eventually came to a point where he felt that his salary could not keep up with his personal development in the company and his efforts were not reflected in what he earned. Additionally to that, the global Covid 19 pandemic hit the economy. New opportunities seemed to be out of sight, Short-Time Work led to a wage cut of 20% - his frustration grew. "Not knowing when this would end and knowing that I would struggle to pay my bills with the pay cut, I began looking for other opportunities.", he remembers. He was offered a new position in a startup company and decided to take the opportunity. About 6 months into the new Job, he noticed more and more red flags that he had irgnored until then: working overtime, working on weekends and a lot of travelling which led to less time for family and friends. It just wasn't the perfect fit for his life, the "honeymoon phase" was wearing out. ⛈️ He reached out to his former manager, and luckily was welcomed with open

    Adopt a River and Plant a Tree! Our Filipino colleagues follow our sustainability ambition and started the Adopt a River and Tree Planting initiative at Plant Calamba. The initiative was organized by the Great Workplace Team and the Environment, Safety and Health Team with the support of the local government Unit, who wholeheartedly volunteered to help clean up the river and plant trees within the area. We are very proud of this great effort of our colleagues!
