Meet journeyperson diemaker Sara Olney from our North American Engineering and Tooling Center. She's part of a team of talented employees who design, engineer, pattern, machine assemble and verify metal stamping press dies that weigh between 20 and 40 tons each! Since completing her apprenticeship program, she is finding her own techniques and wants to become a good trainer for the new apprentices at her plant. “Right now, I’m focused on perfecting the skills I need to do well in my job and being the best skilled trades diemaker I can be."
