    Golin hires Mary Beth Adduci, Karin Rose as executive creative directors

    CHICAGO: Golin has hired Mary Beth Adduci and Karin Rose as executive creative directors and added them to its national creative team. Adduci and Rose both report to Golin's chief creative officer Caroline Dettman, and started working at the agency last week, according to a statement.

    NEW YORK - Golin has named Margenett Moore-Roberts, most recently Yahoo's global head of inclusive diversity, to the newly created role of chief diversity and inclusion officer. Moore-Roberts is tasked with developing a comprehensive and integrated D&I strategy for the firm.

    Golin Reveals Reverse Gender Pay Gap

    Golin is a huge supporter of gender pay gap reporting to help drive transparency and change. Reporting is not a legal requirement for Golin (with less than the required 250 employees), but today we are voluntarily reporting our gender pay gap data as part of our commitment to championing women and diversity in the industry.

    If you employ a female creative director, the answer to "Do you have her back?" is likely a resounding no. I should know, as I happen to be one. While I'm one of the few female chief creative officers in the agency world, don't let that fool you that I've made it this far unscathed.
