Announcing an exciting new addition to the HZ Team. Semhar Tesfay recently assumed the role of Director of Human Resources, bringing with her the perfect blend of both agency-side business acumen and human resources experience. In this role, Semhar leads the charge around talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Semhar has amassed great depth of experience running HR initiatives at major agencies including Mullen, Saatchi, Arnold, Grey and Publicis. While much of her time was spent in NYC, we are lucky enough to benefit from a recent move to the DC area.
