    To support Black communities and businesses, we need to walk the walk — not just talk the talk. Today, we are making progress by committing $20 million to social impact investing. Our first investment will be $12.5 million in the Black Economic Development Fund. This will provide capital to Black-led banks, institutions, and businesses, and expand economic opportunity in the communities they serve.

Since sharing it with the world, the deck has gotten over 5M views and has become core to our DNA and alignment at HubSpot. We think of culture as a product we’re building, though, and products need to be iterated over overtime... Our culture has grown a lot over the past few years thanks to our employees and our customers. We've had a long-standing relationship with Howard University with on-campus recruiting and through our Education Partner Program. The Center for Digital Business at the Howard University, School of Business will focus on three key areas: academic offerings, experiential learning opportunities, and support for job readiness. We're committed to playing an active role in the development of the next generation of Black business leaders and we're excited to continue our partnership with one of the most prestigious HBCUs in the country.
