Company Updates

  • In our first vlog, Alana Coticchia, Social Media Team Lead, takes you to our 10th annual Hy-5, a 5k race and one-mile walk in support of MetroHealth, Cleveland.

    Living the #HylandLife: Hy-5

When we talk about an organization's culture, what we're really talking about is the people who work there: passionate, dedicated, caring, innovative, customer-focused. Here at Hyland, we call this the #HylandLife. We could talk all day long about how Hyland has a unique culture, where collaboration and kindness are just as critical to our success as our product knowledge.

  • At Hyland, we believe in supporting all our employees, partners, and customers on their paths to pride.

Living with PRIDE: Yesterday, today, and tomorrow

In the late 1960s, openly gay people were an extremely marginalized group: persecuted legally and culturally, and welcome at very few establishments. One of the few places that did serve as a haven for the LGBT+ community was the Stonewall Inn - a Mafia-owned bar in Greenwich Village, New York City.

  • “I honestly believe my military training gave me the skills to navigate a technical career path where I could prove myself over and over again by working hard and earning my position." - Mike Crisp, Product Owner

    Veteran Hylite: Mike Crisp

Welcome back to the Veteran Hylite blog series! Last time, we talked to Brian Milicic, a former Marine and current Hylander. Brian shared the keys to success he learned as an Electronic Intelligence Intercept Operator and Analyst: Open communication, patience, and passion. This time, we chat with Mike Crisp, a former Army Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot.

  • We’re inviting the public to come by, meet some lovable dogs, and enjoy some tasty snacks from seven local food trucks.

Hyland is going to the dogs!

Wait, reverse that. The dogs are coming to Hyland. City Dogs, specifically. That's right, City Dogs Cleveland are coming to hang out during the first Food Truck Frenzy of the summer at Hyland's global headquarters on June 14. As a volunteer at City Dogs and a Hyland employee, I couldn't be more excited about two of my passions colliding.

  • As a new opportunity for readers and Hyland employees to learn more about military life, we are introducing a new blog series called the Veteran Hylite.

Introducing the Veteran Hylite blog series

Hyland places an importance on veterans and encourages them to succeed in their transitions to civilian careers. But recently, we've strengthened our vision for hiring and finding talented veterans to join our organization by forming a Veteran Employee Resource Group.

  • Shane Winnyk has been with Hyland for seven years and serves as the Manager of Licensing and Pricing. He also is a volunteer and board member for The Littlest Heroes. Check out his story!
