In Swedish, “Dela” means to share, which is exactly what IKEA is all about! The Dela Programme, a partnership between #IKEASocialEntrepreneurship & @AshokaNordic, connects IKEA co-workers with social entrepreneurs to support them with systems-level issues impacting society. Next Step Network CEO @StaceyEpperson joined the Dela Programme to address the gap in access to affordable factory-built homes in the U.S. Hear more about the program from Stacey and Rob Olson, IKEA U.S. COO.

Hej everyone! I’m Allyson Racadio, Graphic Communication Leader at IKEA College Park. Throughout my tenure, I’ve planned and went on build-ups for new stores, the latest being the Call Center remodel which presented a unique floor plan with which to employ the IKEA brand look and feel. My proudest IKEA moments were being able to design and implement both IKEA College Park’s 2017 and 2018 booths and the 2018 parade floats for the Washington D.C. Capital Pride Festival. It was a fantastic experience being able to represent a company that proudly celebrates its diversity! 🌈
