Monday Marked World Mental Health Day (10th October). Started as an initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1992, World Mental Health Day continues to provide us all with an opportunity to improve our mental wellbeing. This year's theme is: Make mental health & wellbeing for all a global priority. This October marks Black History Month UK. Black History Month celebrates the contributions of the Black community and sparks conversation around Black history, present, and future. This year's theme is Time for Change: Action Not Words. At Kantar, we are proud to support Black History Month. Throughout October, our Internal Employee Resource Group, CREW (Culture, Race, and Ethnicity at Work), will celebrate the Black community's contributions by hosting a series of Black history talks and events. Chioma Ikpa, CREW UK Lead, shared her thoughts on Black History Month.
