At Kantar, the wellbeing of our employees and their families is something we take seriously. Kantar continues to partner with Ginger to offer mental health services to our colleagues in the U.S. Recently, Ginger launched “Ginger for Teens” to focus on mental health support for adolescents ages 13-17. We are excited to share the great benefits available to our employees including “Ginger for Teens”. We spoke with Rig Bayani, Business Development Manager from Kantar Insights, who shared what he thinks we as an organisation are promoting awareness and equality in Kantar. Rig shared, "A huge part of the queer experience is gender expression; being able to present yourself in a way that you feel best shows your personality and identity. I am incredibly grateful that Kantar allows queer individuals to present themselves however they want to and will enable them to thrive and occupy the corporate space."
