    MOA Accepts Hennepin County's 100-day Youth Homelessness Challenge

    We are proud to support Hennepin County's youth homelessness challenge to hire 150 youth in 100 days. In partnership with OASIS FOR YOUTH, here are just three success stories from here at Mall of America.

  • MOA® Moments: Behind the Scenes | 55425

    They work underground, processing thousands of tons of trash. They get there in the early morning hours, before the Mall opens, to prep the park and inspect the rides. They check the weather, estimate the crowds, and add last-minute staff to control the lines.

  • In tight job market, Mall of America goes out of its way to hire, keep workers

    Managers at the Mall of America can often tell when an employee doesn't have a good place to sleep. Sometimes, a worker shows up hours before his shift, a sign he doesn't have somewhere else to go. Other times, an employee might not make it in because she stayed somewhere too far away or didn't have enough money for bus fare.
