  • “Instead of going abroad, I made a short-movie about a superhero. I'm SOOOO grateful to have this opportunity because I've never heard of a workplace that gives their employees this...EVER!! To be rewarded for loyalty is something rare nowadays, and life is too short to do the same thing over and over so THANK YOU!!!” – Toby from our Bayswater restaurant speaking about his four-week paid sabbatical, which is available to all Nando’s employees after every 5 years of service

  • “We’ve supported the Renfrewshire Women's Aid charity since we first opened. The support we give them comes in the form of donating food and vouchers, and we’ve also collected and donated a large mix of clothes, toys and toiletries. It means a lot to them in their progress to better the lives of families in need. Knowing that we’re providing help to those affected is a rewarding experience, which is the driving force to positively change lives by the whole restaurant team” - Scott, a Manager in our Paisley restaurant

  • “I started at Nando’s last year and I remember being asked in my first week about team trip, firstly WOW. I’ve never worked anywhere where your reward is to go on an all-expenses paid holiday with your team each year! I couldn’t think of anything better than being in the sun, on a beach for 3 days, drinking Sangria and eating amazing food…and that’s pretty much exactly what we did! I had the best time, with a brilliant bunch of people and I feel SO lucky to work with them every day” – Liv from our People Team

  • “I decided to join Nando’s because l love food and people, and the idea of working in a restaurant environment appealed to me. I’m now in my fourth year at Nando’s, and honestly from the moment I wake up every day I’ve still never been this excited about work for a long time! It means a lot to me that I work for Nando’s, and I’m looking forward to my first sabbatical next year. I love the Nando’s parties that I get to go to, and I’m looking forward to see what’s in store this year” - Thanan from our Wembley Park team

  • “This Christmas I decided I wanted to give something back to our local community, and I chose to do the shoebox appeal for Almost Home Animal Rescue in Moira. The only way to describe the feeling of walking out of the animal shelter after dropping off a car boot full of presents is complete and utter joy, and also a great sense of pride and excitement. I believe if you have any sort of platform, you should always try and use it to make a difference in the world, no matter how small that may be and everyone, even animals without a home, should have a Christmas they deserve” – Naomi from our Rushmere Centre restaurant

  • Christmas party season is in full swing and no exception here at Nando’s. Our teams around the UK and Ireland have been getting their gladrags on (and the odd fancy dressers) to celebrate their hard work throughout the year and letting loose for a night of fun. What a beautiful bunch hey
