Our guest-centric approach is leading to significant progress against our #growth objectives! “As we strengthen our digital assets, we're reaping the benefits of increased data and guest insights from our rewards program,” Dave Boennighausen, CEO. “Frequency among our rewards members is growing and we are seeing increases in both our overall brand awareness as well as conversion from trial to repeat guest. We still believe we are in the early innings of utilizing data to create more personalized, targeted engagement with our guest and we are excited at the opportunity to further harvest these insights to optimize our marketing strategy on our path to a $1.45 million of unit volumes.”

CEO Dave Boennighausen believes Noodles & Company is uniquely positioned to be a clear winner in the post-COVID environment. But you don't have to take his word for it-the brand is literally putting its money where Boenninghausen's mouth is.

Congratulations to Gabriella and Savanna and to all of the 2020grads! Thank you Myra Hoch, Noodles GM, for going above and beyond to exemplify our We Care core value! Here's what Zell Henderson, Noodles Area Manager, had to say about the special occasion: “I wanted to share a wonderful experience I shared today with Myra and Team El Camino that brought tears to my eyes. Myra has two amazing Team Members Savanna and Gabriella who both graduated high school this year. But, due to COVID their schools canceled graduation and neither of their parents could give them a grad party. Well, Myra turned her large unused patio into an outside auditorium and gave the girls a surprise "Noodles Graduation". Myra invited the Team and the girls immediate family. She placed chairs six feet apart for everyone to sit, had PompandCircumstance playing in the background, Savanna and Gabriella had to walk up to receive their novelty diplomas while Myra gave the commencement speech. The tears in everyone's eyes said it all. "
