Introducing IMAGINE MISSION, Old Navy's new values platform centered around our efforts to create a healthy, happy world full of opportunity for all. Imagine Mission has three pillars: Inclusivity, Opportunity + Sustainability – and we're so incredibly proud of all the work we're achieving in each. Get inspired by hearing stories from our leaders + track our progress towards our ambitious goals here:

  • COVID-19

Gap Inc. and Gap Foundation continue to find ways to support communities in need and the heroes on the front lines.

  • #sayhi to Rohan, Keziah and Corrine - they’re three of eight students from Philadelphia who joined Old Navy through our life skills and on-the-job training program, This Way Ahead (TWA). Keziah loves learning all about operations (and fashion trends!), Corrine appreciates taking the time to learn how every element of the business works and Rohan aspires to start his own clothing store one day! We love hearing the stories of all those who’ve come to us through our TWA program. To read their full stories, click the link here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM7GL.

  • Imagine a workplace where everyone is welcome, where creativity shows up in every corner of the business, and every employee has a role to play. Take a peek inside our HQ + see why Old Navy is considered one of the best workplaces in retail!

  • Earlier today, our CEO, Sonia Syngal, joined reporter Kristen Bellstrom at Fortune Magazine's Most Powerful Woman conference to discuss Old Navy’s future. They chatted about our mission to deliver the democracy of style and our plans to set sail as a standalone company. • Old Navy's denim experts sat down with Glamour to share the deets on our recent denim relaunch. Read the latest on our Universal Fit and how our "super jean" flatters every body. "Women just want to feel comfortable and beautiful. And that’s achieved with this one fit—it’s inclusive. It’s powerful.” - Melissa Morrin, Senior Director of Denim

Before straight-leg, high-waist jeans became the It silhouette in the denim world, there were frayed shin-length kick flares, which evolved from super-slouchy, highly distressed boyfriend styles. And before all of that, there were skinny jeans. The more they snugged to your skin, the more they were desired-and in every single colorway, too.

  • This back-to-school season, we're launching our first-ever collection designed by kids, for kids. The ONward! Capsule Collection features drawings from Boys & Girls Clubs of America members with empowering phrases such as “I Am the Future,” “I Am Unstoppable,” and “Kind Heart.” In honor of our partnership we’re donating $50k to the Boys and Girls Club of America to keep that creativity going strong.
