💡 Bright advice. As an Employee Resource Group leader, Lisa is helping elevate our Omnicell team to grow our Black and African American diversity throughout our footprint. Kind, generous, and driven, Lisa shares who inspires her in the Black community: Present: My Dad was born in the 40s and retired from the US Army as an Officer after 32 years of service. He endured racism throughout his career but defied obstacles and achieved goals on his terms. Past: My late Grandma was one generation from slavery and lived until 2017, three months shy of her 103rd birthday. I honor her along with women like Cicely Tyson and Maya Angelou—women who achieved beyond society’s ceiling, leading by faith, family, integrity, endurance, grace, and tenacity. Thank you for your leadership and for inspiring US, Lisa!
