We welcomed 12 universities, community colleges, and professional development organizations to our Raleigh headquarters this week to hold an Education Fair for PRA employees.
Representatives of each school and organization talked with our people about the programs on offer and how they can participate.
Popular programs included master’s degree programs in business administration, clinical research, and public health as well as industry certification offered by professional development organizations.

Throughout the month of March, 87 of PRA's people across our global network took part in the 10,000 Step Challenge to raise money for 3 charities.
Our UK team chose Cancer Research UK
Associates in Singapore chose Club Rainbow (Singapore) - The Official Site
The team in Warsaw chose Fundacja Ostatnia Przystań
Each participant dedicated themselves to walk 10,000 steps a day through the whole of March.
Collectively they walked over 22,500,000 steps across Madrid, Poland, the UK and Singapore!
Our Scott Schliebner will be presenting next week in Las Vegas at Medrio Explore, a conference that explores innovative eClinical technology and provides expert insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the health science industry today.
Scott’s talk, “Patient-Focused and Connected Clinical Trials: A New Rare Disease Paradigm,” is on at 1pm on Tuesday. Be sure to check it out!

Mobile trials can reduce barriers to participation & lower costs of clinical trials.
Our Chief Medical Information Officer, Greg Licholai, is at a Mobile Clinical Trial meeting in Washington DC. The purpose is to advise the FDA to create an effective strategy for driving awareness & adoption for mobile trials which are focused on capturing previously unavailable "real world" data.
