Forbes Magazine recognized Pella Corporation as one of America’s Best Large Employers in 2018. Statista, in partnership with Forbes, asked 30,000 workers around the country to evaluate their employers in terms of atmosphere, compensation and working conditions, among other factors. The central question to the research is how likely (on a scale of 0-10) a respondent is to recommend their employer to a friend or family member.
