    Alaska's largest maternity center begins offering free 'baby boxes' to new parents

    Health Moms giving birth at the Alaska's largest maternity center now get to go home with a free goodie box that could potentially prove life-saving. Providence Alaska Medical Center in partnership with Premera Blue Cross began offering the two-foot long, one-foot wide "safe sleep" cardboard baby boxes to new parents at the end of May.
