We are proud to share our 2023 Corporate Citizenship Report!
We were excited to close 2021 with the announcement that Rubicon has entered into a merger agreement with Founder SPAC. Upon closing, the company will list on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the ticker symbol RBT. This merger is a pivotal milestone in Rubicon’s journey to become the market leading, digital challenger to status quo waste companies. Started with a $10,000 line of credit, and during the company’s more than 12-year operating history, Rubicon has achieved significant growth and built a base of Blue-Chip customers, including corporations such as Walmart, Starbucks, and FedEx, as well as major U.S. city governments including Kansas City, MO, Baltimore, MD, and Columbus, OH. Today, leading from our headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, Rubicon continues to build upon its mission to end waste. Environmental innovation is at the heart of our work as we advance our pioneering cloud-based technology and software platform, providing smart waste and recycling solutions for businesses and governments across 20 countries, worldwide.

We are pleased to announce the release of our inaugural Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report. Titled "Toward a Future Without Waste," the report details an array of sustainability solutions based on Rubicon’s experiences delivering positive environmental results for customers. The report’s examples demonstrate a proven, market-based approach to eliminating waste and bringing a circular economy to reality. As companies, cities, and communities recover from COVID-19, now is the perfect opportunity to rethink how we live, work, and consume. Using technology to become more sustainable, more fiscally responsible, and less wasteful is an imperative for the months and years ahead. This report presents a roadmap for how to accomplish those goals. In the words of Nate Morris, our founder and CEO, "Our solutions prove that the future is not in landfills, is not in China, and is not ocean dumping. Our future is rooted in using technology to fix real world problems.” Read the full report here: https://www.rubicon.com/esg-report/
