Our Terex Team Members reflect on Pride Month with a series of personal articles highlighting and celebrating our global LGBTQ+ community. Here’s a short excerpt from Teresa Green, Chair of the Inclusion Subcommittee of the Terex Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Team and Sr. Finance Analyst, Terex Aerial Work Platforms: “This month I am celebrating PRIDE with resilience! For me, allyship is also a necessity to create a safe network free of phobia and full of diversity proving “It does get better” with all our efforts. I celebrate my history and story with Pride because these struggles dictate who I am. The struggle defines how I see myself, what I believe other people see, and shapes what I will do tomorrow. Pride gives us cause to celebrate as we have through all of time.”
