We are pleased to announce our Series B investment in Viatec, Inc., a South Carolina-based manufacturer of plug-and-play electronic power take-off (“PTO”) systems that support electrification of utility fleets. Terex is the lead investor in Series B. This investment will accelerate availability of Viatec’s solutions while positioning #Terex as a strategic partner in fleet electrification.

After years of training, athletes from all over the world will gather in Beijing to compete for gold. But they’re not the only ones who’ve spent years preparing. More than 1,000 Genie® lifts were used over several years to help the city construct and renovate sporting venues.

Meet another member of the Terex Cranes team, Anita Ogle, our Aftermarket Product Support Manager. Anita began her career with Terex 36 years ago and is one of nine team members in the Terex Cranes America team with over 28 years’ service!

Congratulations to our team in Dungannon, Northern Ireland on their Zero Waste Award from Letsrecycle.com. The team have invested in new equipment to minimize their carbon footprint, installed LED lighting to save energy and improve lighting quality, and invested in Local Exhaust Ventilation to help improve air quality. All of the non-hazardous waste handled by Recyco (the team’s recycling partner) is treated for reuse, recycling, and energy recovery with zero waste-to-landfill. This achievement is consistent with the #TerexWayvalue of Citizenship and our commitment to a greener planet through our ESG initiatives. The team at Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) extends a warm welcome to Julie A. Beck, who joined Terex on November 1, 2021 and became the Company’s SVP and Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2022. Julie has led finance organizations at major corporations for three decades, contributing to company growth, a mindset of continuous improvement, and shareholder value creation. Congratulations, Julie!

Earlier this month our Terex Changzhou facility welcomed 55 students from Changzhou Benniu High School to learn more about our production process and machines, our #TerexWayvalues and career opportunities. They also had a chance to experience the machines themselves on the machine platform, experiencing what is called, "stand high, look far". Thanks for visiting!

The holiday season is approaching! In Watertown, S.D., the Watertown Winter Wonderland, display includes a Terex Utilities truck, fully decked out with lights, helping spread cheer and supports local non-profits. Terex Cranes #RT1045L #RoughTerrainCrane also assisted with the preparations in #Verona, whilst in #NewYork, Genie boom lifts helped workers construct a 50-foot holiday tree!
