“Our focus is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people and our communities in these challenging times,” said James Quincey, chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company. “The resources of our company, our bottling partners and The Coca-Cola Foundation are making a difference through needed assistance to organizations that are positioned to mobilize quickly and provide humanitarian relief. We are grateful to the brave men and women around the world who are providing essential services, keeping communities safe and ensuring access to food, medicine and other vital goods.”
The Coca-Cola Company ranked 12th on FORTUNE's annual ranking of the World's Most Admired Companies. This marks the company’s 13th consecutive year in the top 20.
In 2018, Coca-Cola continued its evolution as a total beverage company, with growth across brands and portfolio categories.
James Quincey was elected as the 14th chairman of The Coca-Cola Company, succeeding Muhtar Kent, who plans to retire in April after a Coca-Cola system career that started in 1978.
