These are just a few of the reasons The Conference Board was voted one of the Best Places to Work in NYC!
The Conference Board is proud to be named, for the second consecutive year, one of the Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain's New York Business! This award is a testament to our entire team—in NYC and around the world—and the guiding values that shape their work each and every day: relevance, openness, collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
Every Wednesday in August, we celebrated National Wellness Month with some healthy treats and activities including: -Fruit smoothies from Playa Bowls. These smoothies were rich in antioxidants, which help prevent disease and improve cognitive function. -A Deskercise class that taught us the importance of breathing and stretching using your – always available – desk chair! -A “Brush Break” to de-stress through painting on a mini canvas. Painting is shown to improve memory, concentration, and provide an emotional release. -A Build Your Own Avocado Toast Bar. From hard boiled eggs to chili flakes, everyone customized their breakfast in a way that balanced their unique nutritional needs – because that’s what wellness is all about!
