    Meet Marcus Richardson, a 2nd Generation TI Field Employee. He is new to Tradesmen but has really hit the ground running! We have received many Kudos from his co-workers saying he was a "Great Hire", a good, energetic worker, tries hard to learn new things and is always there when you need him! Prior to coming to TI, he had been working with his family for several years on side work but is now ready to step up to a career with Tradesmen! Thank you for all you do Marcus!

    We would like to recognize Mr. Jeremy Ziemer in our March 2021 Employee Spotlight! Jeremy has been with Tradesmen since 2016. He has a "Can Do", "Can Learn" attitude, gets along with everyone and is extremely knowledgeable about his trade. He's a guy other Craft Professionals can always go to for advice and whom they lean on for his expertise. Mr. Ziemer is originally from Wisconsin and moved with his family to Benton, AR a few years ago. He is a family man first but is always ready for an assignment as he enjoys being busy with 20 years of experience to back up his work. We are very happy to have this Cheese Head on our Tradesmen Team!

    February 2021 Employee Spotlight: We would like to recognize Mr. Christopher Bowers (left) for our February Spotlight. Mr. Bowers has been with Tradesmen since 1995 and has worked over 45,000 hours with our company! Christopher has been a dedicated, loyal employee over the last 25 years, so much so, that he has become more than an employee, we look at him as family. When he's not working, he's cheering on his favorite Football & Basketball Teams--Go Kentucky Wildcats!

    January 2021 Employee Spotlight: Today, we would like to spotlight Mr. Ralph Roane. Mr. Roane has been with Tradesmen for almost 5 years and has amassed over 7500 accident free hours. He is a prime example of the quality individuals that our offices put out every day. For the past 3 years Ralph has been with the same client. They love his passion for the job & the knowledge he brings to the table. We appreciate everything you do day to day! Thank you for being a shining example of the kind of employees we have here at TI.

    December 2020 Employee Spotlight: Jeff Stull (right) is an experienced Residential & Commercial Plumber who has been in the construction industry for 20 years. He's also an experienced Carpenter, Handyman & is well versed in Commercial Maintenance, Landscaping & Masonry. The Columbus office is proud to have Jeff on our team. He is currently working on the new Columbus Crew Stadium in downtown Columbus & has been with TI since February 2019. Thank you for your dedication & craftsmanship Jeff!

    November 2020 Employee Spotlight: Robert Jerdon came to Tradesmen in January of 2020 from a family owned company. He is a Carpenter with 30 years of experience under his tool belt. We have been able to keep him working consistently since he's been hired and throughout the pandemic. Robert is highly requested by our clients; they always praise him as extremely hard working & reliable. He enjoys being a part of Tradesmen and we are proud to have him as an Employee of TI!
