Two stations. Two incredible achievements. Congratulations to our Unifi teams at Albuquerque Airport and Eugene Airport, each recognized as 2025 Station of the Year by Delta Air Lines in their respective categories. From check-in to takeoff and every detail in between, these teams delivered seamless operations across the airport. Our Eugene team finished the year with an outstanding 4.99 out of 5 score, excelling in safety, customer service and ramp performance. We’re incredibly proud of both teams for setting such a high bar in operational excellence.
The next stop on the Unifi After Dark team’s journey brought them to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), following their January refresh in Cleveland. When the doors opened, the transformation spoke for itself, a refreshed space designed to give our frontline team a place to pause, reset and connect. We kicked off the first breakroom refresh of 2026 at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), led by our Unifi After Dark team. It's always a little tricky surprising our people (they're sharp and always on the lookout), so big kudos to the team for pulling off the surprise!
This February, our team officially launched wheelchair services at JFK Terminal 4 in partnership with Terminal Four Airline Consortium (TFAC). Together, we’re helping ensure passengers with reduced mobility receive consistent, caring support—and we’re grateful for the teams and airline partners who make every passenger feel truly taken care of.
We just kicked off Year 4 of Leadership Touchdown—and the energy is next level! This three-day experience invests in our station leaders, giving them time to step away from the day-to-day, focus on their growth and sharpen their leadership skills. Through hands-on sessions, leaders connect with peers across the company, hear directly from senior management and leave with practical tools they can take straight back to their stations.
