  • Lefar is the Chief Executive Officer of RentPath, a leading digital marketplace connecting millions of consumers with apartments, condos, and houses for rent through its network of websites and mobile apps, including ApartmentGuide.com, Rent.com, and Rentals.com. Prior to Vonage, he was the Chief Marketing Officer of Cingular Wireless, now AT&T Mobility, responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy and execution. Lefar played a lead role in the acquisition and integration of AT&T Wireless into Cingular in 2005 and later worked with Steve Jobs and his team during the development of the exclusive partnership to launch the iPhone. "Marc is a great addition to our Board. He brings a wealth of mobile and digital experience, leadership, and insights that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our loyalty and customer engagement business," said Todd Siegel, CEO of cxLoyalty Group.

  • We were incredibly fortunate to welcome six interns into our cxLoyalty family this summer in our Eden Prairie office. Our interns are a great addition to their respective teams and our organization. Our 2019 talented interns include Nolan R. (Bethel University), Max S. (University of Minnesota), Dayton D. (Augsburg University), Molly J. (University of Washington), Dennis P. (University of Minnesota), and Baylee B. (University of Wisconsin). Working alongside our Account Management, Data and Analytics, and Supplier Management teams, this summer’s cxLoyalty interns contributed directly to our business and gained valuable professional experience during their summer internships that will serve them well in the future.   • We just wrapped up our annual Leadership Summit at the Joy Nostalg Hotel in Manila, Philippines. This year's event involved about 60 attendees--everyone from Contact Center Operations to the various back-office groups--joined the afternoon-long event geared towards developing Manila's leaders through interactive team-building activities and leadership talks. The summit hosted several dynamic speakers including a few of Manila's key leaders, namely Karl Sarangelo, Avie Songco, and Clar de Asis. The highlight of the afternoon was a leadership talk by Atty Marc Castrodes, a leading arbitration practitioner and inspirational speaker. Throughout his talk, Atty Castrodes engaged the participants in some team-building activities. Nono Felipe, cxLoyalty's Country Manager, also addressed the participants in the afternoon through a talk about the importance of business acumen. The event was capped by each Functional Head taking their respective leaders out to dinner. Thank you to all who joined! We can't wait for next year's Leadership Summit!
