Study: Progress on the Gender Pay Gap: 2019

The gender pay gap is real and significant, even when controlled for various factors, according to a study by Glassdoor’s Chief Economist. On average, men earn $1.00 for every $0.79 women earn in the U.S. The study also reveals gender pay gaps exist in multiple countries and how they compare.
