- These best companies to work for are getting it right, according to their Glassdoor reviews.
- Most employees are looking for the best jobs to work from home
- They're also looking for roles that offer great work-life balance and an excellent benefits package
Over the past year, working professionals have been leaving their jobs for better opportunities, resisting “return to office” directives, and pushing for improvements from their employers — including more flexibility on where and when to work, better pay, improved work-life balance, and a stronger focus on decreasing burnout.
The continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and push for remote work have changed the dynamic of the work world — perhaps permanently. Despite the turmoil, turnovers, and challenges, some companies are doing it right, according to their employees.
Glassdoor’s 100 Best Places to Work in 2023 list features winning employers across a range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, finance, consulting, manufacturing, and more.
Many companies made our '23 list in part due to flexible work environments, improved benefits packages, and a focus on work-life balance. Three of the top 10 companies have made it to our top 10 list three years in a row: NVIDIA, Bain & Company, and Google.
In addition to recognizing the 100 companies on our 2023 Best Places to Work for U.S. Large Employers list (defined as more than 1,000 employees), Glassdoor also compiled Best Places to Work lists for U.S. Small & Medium Companies (fewer than 1,000 employees), as well as across Canada, UK, France, and Germany. All ratings are determined based on reviews from the annual eligibility period.
