16 Companies With Great Benefits Hiring Now

It’s no surprise that many candidates judge a company based on its culture and the core benefits they offer. After all, benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and parental leave are major factors for job seekers when choosing something as important as a job or company. In 2016, Glassdoor research revealed that the benefit that drives the most employee satisfaction was the quality of employer-provided health insurance plans. The second and third benefits with the biggest impacts on worker satisfaction were 401k retirement plans and vacation/paid time off.

Given the ongoing debate around healthcare in America and the trend of companies offering increasingly enticing benefits, we thought to help you wade through the noise. Here are 16 companies with great benefits who are hiring like crazy!
