We are quickly approaching the fourth annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards for the Best Places to Work, set to be unveiled in December. Last year’s winners include companies like Facebook, Southwest Airlines, Bain & Company and General Mills.
The details for this year’s awards are below, including how to help make sure your company is in the running.
How do I enter my company as a ‘Best Place to Work’?
It’s easy – just post a review for your company. Unlike other workplace awards, there is no official company nomination process other than through the company reviews contributed by employees. The 20-question survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. Only one review per employee is accepted, and each review must meet our community guidelines.
Have you already posted a review, but it was before Dec. 1, 2010?
It’s time for your annual update, which will count toward this year’s eligibility. Because we base the awards on annual review submissions and not cumulative contributions, placement on previous lists does not guarantee a spot on the 2012 list.
When is the deadline and how many reviews must a company have to be considered?
All reviews must be submitted by Wednesday, November 23 at 11:59 p.m. PT in order to be under consideration for the 2012 awards. And, a company must have at least 25 Glassdoor-approved company reviews from United States-based employees.
