Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award Winners Revealed: Google #1 Best Place To Work In 2015

We’re proud to announce the winners of the seventh annual Glassdoor 2015 Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work across the U.S. and new this year, the UK, too.

This year, after making our 50 Best Places to Work (U.S.) list every year for the past six years, Google takes top honors for the first time. Google is followed by Bain & CompanyNestlé Purina PetCare, F5 Networks and Boston Consulting Group.

NEW: Google also secured the top spot on our newest Employees’ Choice Awards list, recognizing the 25 Best Places to Work in the UK.

As part of the company review survey, employees share what it’s like to work at their company by rating their overall satisfaction as well as workplace factors like work-life balance, compensation and benefits and career advancement opportunities. Additionally, employees share the benefits and downsides of working at their companies and offer advice to senior management.
