The 2016 Employees’ Choice Award winners were determined based on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor when an employee voluntarily and anonymously submits a company review. Employees can submit a company review on Glassdoor year-round. When completing a company review, employees are asked to rate several factors tied to their employment experience, including sentiment around their CEO’s leadership, in addition to rating their overall satisfaction with their employer, and workplace attributes like senior management among others. Specifically, when rating their CEO on Glassdoor, employees are able to choose from one of three options: approve, disapprove or no opinion of the CEO.

Do you love your job and think your CEO should be recognized? Share a review. Reviews submitted during the next 12 months will be considered for Glassdoor’s 2017 Employees’ Choice Awards.
