With our newest feature, JobScopeTM, job seekers can more effectively browse job listings and preview what it is really like to work at a company. JobScope provides instant, in-depth details about companies that can’t be found anywhere else directly from each listing – all for free – to help job seekers find opportunities matched to their skills, interests and pay requirements.
With JobScope, job seekers no longer have to toggle between a job listing, a company’s website, Glassdoor and multiple other sources to assist them in the job search process, and evaluate whether an open job is the best fit for them. This new proprietary tool gives people looking for employment a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of a company, including company reviews and ratings, salary reports, CEO approval ratings, office photos, company-provided data, company news and a ‘Map It’ feature (‘Map It’ allows users to see where the job is located).
To search jobs, visit Glassdoor.com, select the “Jobs” tab, and enter a job title, location and/or company. After clicking ‘Search Jobs’, you’ll be automatically presented with all available job listings.
With close to 90 percent of Glassdoor users reporting that they are actively looking for a job or keeping their eyes open good opportunities, we believe this will help make the job search process more efficient and ensure people are as prepared as possible for an interview.
