Ever wish you had more information about pay and salaries? Lots of people do.
In fact, according to Glassdoor’s Global Salary Transparency Survey, 7 in 10 (69%) employees wish they had a better understanding of what fair pay is at their company and in their local job market, while more than 3 in 5 (62%) people say they’d be willing to share salary information if they could do so anonymously.
Turns out, many people are actually willing to come right out and share their salary publicly on video in an effort to bring awareness to salary transparency and how it can help business, help others make better job decisions and close gender pay gaps that still persist.
