As an HR Analyst, you will provide sound analysis and advice to the organization regarding best practices for pay and benefits, performance management. You will administer and provide analysis of personality inventories as well as review job descriptions to positively impact employee retention.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Analyst role and hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field with a PHR, SPHR or training certification. You need to be proficient with administering MBTI and DISC assessments and reviewing and rewriting job descriptions. In, addition you will be skilled at providing analysis of the assessments to improve employee retention efforts.
