In the role of the HR professional, talent acquisition expert or recruiter, a key part of the job is keeping a finger on the pulse of employee and job candidate sentiment. To make it easier to do that, Glassdoor is introducing Company Alerts – a powerful tool to help you manage your employer brand.
By signing up for Company Alerts, you will automatically receive emails that will keep you current on the chatter about your company. Chatter about your company includes reviews from employees highlighting what they feel is working well at your company as well as any downsides plus it reviews shares employee satisfaction and CEO approval ratings. Alerts will also share with you the latest feedback from job candidates via the interview reviews they have shared on Glassdoor. Plus company alerts will include updates on what new office photos and salary reports have been added to your company’s profile.
To sign up for Company Alerts, you’ll need to register for a free employer account and then follow the steps described below.
1. Visit your company’s Employer Center.
2. Once in the Employer Center, select how frequently you would like to receive company alerts and click ‘Get Company Alert’.
3. Lastly confirm what type of content you would like to receive alerts for, confirm your email address then click ‘set alert’.
