For companies looking advertise their jobs to a community of 22 million engaged, informed candidates, Glassdoor is offering a free job postings. Consider it a holiday gift for employers looking for top talent during what can be a difficult recruiting period.
How it works: Set a budget of $50 on your first job posting and you won’t pay a cent. Each time an interested candidate clicks on your job listing, it will cost a small amount; usually around 70 cents, which will be deducted from your $50 free credit budget. It’s in our best interest to make your posting successful, so our technology will continuously update behind the scenes to target the ideal fit candidates in our community to showcase your job. Your job will then be showcased throughout the Glassdoor community, in job searches, on the company profiles of your talent competitors, on Glassdoor mobile apps, in targeted emails to job seekers, and on our partner sites.

With job advertising you can decide if you want manually set your cost-per-click (CPC) price, or if you want Glassdoor to do it for you (this auto-optimize option is the default). In either case, this is modern pay-for-performance advertising – not ‘post and pray’ – so you’ll only be charged when someone clicks on your job posting.
