With more than 17 million healthcare professionals across the U.S., this talent pool is vast. The latest Glassdoor survey tells us that more than half of those healthcare professionals will be seeking new jobs in the next year and, more importantly, what it takes to hire them.
A key finding of the survey: In order for companies of all sizes to bring in talent in the healthcare industry, they must focus on company values and culture. Glassdoor found that 66% of respondents are likely to accept less money to work at an organization with a great culture, and a just slightly lower 56% are likely to accept less money if the organization values helping people above all else. See below for complete data.
