There are three levels of engagement:


How do you start? First, sign up for a Glassdoor Free Employer Account. Besides being able to update basic company information, you’ll have a platform to start engaging employees and job seekers visiting your profile. For example, a Glassdoor Free Employer Account lets you respond to reviews of your company, adding the “employer perspective.”

As you actively update your profile and engage employees, you’ll be on your way to achieving our highest level of engagement, OpenCompany status. An OpenCompany badge is a strong signal to jobseekers and employees that you value transparency and employee engagement.
