Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Prepare plans, profiles, diagrams, 3D models, utilities, and other drawings for rail transit and major infrastructure projects.
  • Interface and Coordination with the owner, engineers, architects, and other third parties
  • Assist in the preparation of Construction Plans for client submissions.
  • Ensures compliance of design with applicable codes and regulations
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Relevant experience involving major transportation or transit projects
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent coordination, written and oral communications skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Professional Engineering license is desired, but not required.
  • Ability to prepare plans in AutoCAD with minimal direction
  • Knowledge of civil, utilities, grading and drainage, and minor structures
  • General knowledge of track structure, rail operations, systems, and major structures is desired, but not required
