Job Description

"Candidate will develop new strategic merchant processing relationships for Engage:BDR's owned and operated advertising arm with specific efforts directed toward agents, merchant processors, ISO's and banks. Candidate will also manage existing processing relationships and handle the basic day to day functions of merchant account management. Self-sourcing, networking externally and partnering with key members within the affiliate markets are required to drive new merchant accounts for the company. Will be given specific revenue and product goals. Candidate will have extensive experience in the online continuity billing space.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop Bank, Processor, Agent & ISO Partners who can collectively deliver 15+ merchant accounts per quarter
Ability to identify targets via cold calls, direct marketing, internet searches, contact lists, social media & referrals.
Qualify & negotiate business agreement terms with processing partners.
Ensure successful �integration & launch� of partnerships by working closely with the relationship management team to obtain new merchant accounts. Desired Skills & Experience

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience in payment processing technology/platforms/gateways
Payments experience within larger ISOs is preferred.
Current rolodex of partners to build pipeline is a plus
Desire to consistently exceed targets Extensive experience in the continuity billing, health and beauty verticals QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

Bachelor�s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience is preferred.
5+ years sales experience.
Ability to self-motivate and organize activities without strict direction from management.
Ability to aggressively pursue new business development opportunities.
Professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively engage the audience via telephone, email, and in-person interaction.
Ability to be a team player & interact within a team environment.
