AVA.ai llc., an Artificial Intelligence solutions company, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Account Manager/Account Maintenance Team Member responsible for maintaining effective communication with new and existing clients, both pro-actively and reactively for assigned accounts. You will be accountable for ensuring the full satisfaction of our clients and growing their business to its fullest potential. Through focused verbal and written communication, and semi-monthly performance reviews with key client personnel. The Account Maintenance Team reports to the Manager of Account Maintenance. You will take a pro-active stance and interface directly with clients.
• Participate in Implementation, establishing themselves as the Account Manager.
• Monitor all client activities, ensure all client needs are met and provide follow-up to all parties involved.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and calls for the initial 6 weeks post install and training.
• Responsible for working with existing customers to extend and expand their business with AVA.
• Helping clients achieve success by reviewing reports, providing recommendations, training, and guiding new clients through the adoption process.
• Coordinate communication between the client, training and other departments as needed to proactively resolve client issues/concerns, including weekly recaps of Action Plans progress.
• Effectively utilize Salesforce.com to manage support tickets, and document all relevant communication with the client.
• Create tickets as needed, and Create and manage Action plan’s to correct problems affecting performance.
• Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in AVA’s products.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Salesforce.com, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Aptitude for problem solving, comfort with troubleshooting
• Ability to take the initiative
• Organization, Professionalism, and Time Management
• Strong training and/or presentation skills
