The successful candidate will have a professional undergraduate or master’s degree in Architecture.
This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for use in an interactive design team environment, and an ability to work at a variety of project scales from planning to detail design. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Revit and proficient hand drawing and writing skills. Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Revit and In-Design, are required, as well as work experience applying these skills in an office setting. This position provides the opportunity for growth and advancement.
This position is currently available in our San Francisco office. We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious and talented individuals to be at the center of Hart Howerton’s planning and design of residential, hospitality and mixed-use development projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.
Working closely with a team, the Architectural Designer will help inform key design decisions on architectural and urban design projects. Tasks will include support and assistance in preparing and completing construction drawings, design studies and sketches. Strong and versatile design skills as well as sketching and/or model building skills are a plus.
